Patient safety is everyone’s business. There is a popular patient safety conference now in its 22nd year we'd like to bring to your attention. The 22nd annual Northwest Patient Safety Conference is on October 16-17, 2025 as an entirely virtual event over two half-days.

The theme is “Navigating Rough Seas.” This year’s conference will provide insight, actionable tools, and techniques to help us address the challenging and unique time heath care finds itself in.
